What's your point? I just said "fat oxidation is not the same body fat loss" and you're telling me to eat high-fat low-carb because it works for you.
This is what I hate about people like yourself — something worked for you and now you think everyone else should eat the same way.
What's wrong with simply eating based on one's personal preference? I love carbs. Why are you trying to make me eat in a way I don't like? I tried a high-fat low-carb diet before. I hated it. I got an ED.
P.S. Just because people in the early days didn't eat a high-carb diet (in your opinion), doesn't mean it was optimal. There's a difference between survival and optimality.
