There are many YT videos on that but I like to throw rolled oats into the milk and leave it for 30 minutes (just because it cooks a lot faster later on). Once I see that the milk is almost gone, I then throw one or two eggs in there. Make sure to keep stirring it until you put some PB in there (a minute or two after the eggs). Again, stir the crap out of it. Once it’s done, put crushed banana in. Done.
