I love this, man! So good to see someone talking about sustainability, adherence, and personal preference. Sustainability is the most critical factor in losing weight — any diet you cannot permanently adhere to is a shit diet.
Most people should base the proportion of fat and carbohydrate on their personal preference and training goal. Keto isn’t special and it’s not a diet they “have to” follow.
