I love that you didn’t go all “Fasting is the best thing in the world and it’s superior to continuous energy restriction.” There is no evidence suggesting that intermittent fasting produces superior weight loss when compared to continuous energy restriction.

If you enjoy intermittent fasting, you can be consistent with it, it doesn’t take over your social life, it improves your relationship with food, and it allows you to make progress, you’re good.

But don’t just do it because you think it causes special effects. It doesn’t.
