1. "Everyone can cut out flour and sugar for 30 days." — what then? How should they go about their diet after that? How should they re-introduce those foods into their diets? If you say it's only for 30 days, then please tell them how to make those foods a part fo their diets later down the road. Lasting weight loss doesn't come from eliminating foods or food groups from a diet. It comes from learning to include any foods in a controlled manner.

2. "Yes they can do something active every day for 30 days for at least one hour" — something active? Agreed. Totally. Exercise every day? Absolutely not. It's just plain silly.

3. "A mimunum of two litres a day to flush toxins and let go of water weight is essential" — are you seriously here? You do realize that you cannot detoxify your body, right? That's what kidneys are for. If they don't work, go see a doctor.

So much extremism in your post. The internet is full of so-called challenges. We don't need more. What we need is more education on sustainable approach to nutrition and exercise. Which is nowhere to be found in your post.
